DESCRIPTION
At the base of the original concept of Barolo there is the need to orient different nuances towards a single direction. In fact, the most classic producers have always avoided putting the single expression of the vineyard before the choral vision, capable of immediately returning an idea of coherence and integration. To make the two faces of the denomination coexist in the same glass: the gentle one, typical of the western side of the region, and the more austere one, typical of the lands facing east. The choice of wanting to outline the features of an entire territory in a wine gives us a multifaceted, rich and virile liquid, capable of exhibiting its own character in youth and giving evolution with the right momentum.

After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in oak tonneaux and then for a further 12 months in cask before being bottled.
Barolo Ceretto has a very bright garnet red color. The nose opens with hints of rose petals, spices and black cherries in alcohol. The taste gives an intense, balanced and round touch.
HOW TO SERVE

pour the wine into a decanter at least 1 or 2 hours before serving.
This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, properly preserved.
