DESCRIPTION
“Bricco Rocche represents, in its complexity, the qualitative synthesis of all the great Barolos. In this lies its greatness. Set between the Villero and the Rocche di Castiglione, there is the smallest MGA of Barolo. It is called Bricco Rocche and since the mid-seventies it has been an exclusive monopoly of the Ceretto family. The position of the parcel is unique, perfectly placed in the center of the denomination, and the idea of immersion it expresses turns out to be its first manifesto.

Fermentation in steel.
24 months in tonneau and large oak barrels.
Garnet red color with ruby hues. Intense and vigorous aroma with floral, spicy, chocolate and truffle aromas. Delicate and harmonious taste with persistent tannins.
HOW TO SERVE
