DESCRIPTION
The Tormaresca Neprica Primitivo is the result of the attention to detail, the enthusiasm and passion of the company and produced with Primitivo grapes.

The grapes were de-stemmed, pressed and transferred to stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation took place, which took place in 8-10 days at a controlled temperature below 26 ° C. The malolactic fermentation ended by the beginning of winter.
This is then followed by a period of further refinement, first in steel for about 8 months and then in the bottle for another 4 months.
Neprica Primitivo has an intense ruby red color with a slight purplish hue. On the nose the notes of red fruit, such as black cherry and forest fruit jam, combine with slight sensations of licorice and sweet spices. On the palate the entrance is soft, characterized by a round, structured tannin and supported by a well-balanced freshness.
