DESCRIPTION
The varietal famous for its versatility is expressed in the soils of Tormaresca with harmony and flavor.
San Pietro Vernotico (BR).
The grapes were harvested slightly overripe and vinified in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks. Maceration, carried out at temperatures no higher than 26 ° C, took about 8-10 days. The malolactic fermentation ended by the beginning of winter.
Maturation in steel for about 8 months and bottle aging for 4 months.
Neprica Negroamaro has a ruby red color. The nose shows hints of cherry and pomegranate, with slight notes of violets and rose hips. The entry on the palate is soft, characterized by an elegant tannin and a good freshness capable of enhancing the characteristic minerality.
