DESCRIPTION
Maison Régnard is one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in all of French Burgundy. Passed in 1984 into the hands of the De Ladoucette family, which gave life to an important renovation, also from an environmental and technological point of view. In the vineyard, every working phase is aimed at respecting the environment, nature and ecosystem, and the vines are meticulously cared for. In the cellar, using the most modern enological technologies and innovating production processes without disavowing the most ancient territorial traditions.

Soft pressing and fermentation takes place in steel containers at a controlled temperature.

Intense ruby red color with dark purple reflections. The nose is fruity with notes of smoked wood. In the mouth it is fruity and juicy with a structure given by fine and ripe tannins. Balanced and persistent.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
It can be perfectly stored in the cellar for 15 to 25 years
Excellent with red meat and game dishes.
