Alcoholic fermentation in steel vats, 2/3 malolactic in steel and 1/3 in wood
A few months in steel with a short passage in barrique
Intense straw yellow color. The nose reveals floral aromas, aromas of citrus, apple, yellow fruit and hints of pastry. In the mouth it has a good structure, with a ripe fruit, accompanied by light buttery and honeyed notes. The finish closes with great freshness on savory notes.
