SORI SAN LORENZO 2014

BARBARESCO (CN)
The grapes, carefully selected during the manual harvest, after vinification undergo a double refinement, essential to fully develop the characteristics of this wine.
A first period of 12 months is spent in barrique, and then, with another year spent in large barrels. At the end of these 24 months of aging, the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.
It presents itself to the eye with a bright hue, which recalls garnet. The nose is almost indescribable in words, with a whirlwind of sensations that, from the undergrowth, reach ripe fruit and spices, also crossed by light nuances of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is full-bodied, warm and enveloping, with a sip in perfect balance, characterized by a pleasant freshness; ends with an incredibly persistent finish.

It is advisable to pour the wine into a decanter at least 1 or 2 hours before serving.
It can rest in the cellar for over 20 years.

SORI TILDIN 2014
Barbaresco “Sorì Tildin” is an excellence of Italian enology, with a range of aromas which identify both the varietal aromas and those derived from fermentation and aging. The sip is large and satisfying thanks to the freshness that is always very present.
BARBARESCO (CN)
After manual harvest, the vinification takes place in steel vats.
It then continues with a maturation of 12 months in barriques and a further 12 in large barrels.
The "Sorì Tildin" is a Barbaresco that reveals itself to the eye with a ruby red color, tending to garnet in the nail. The nose is dominated by concentrated and enveloping sensations, which, from a world of balsamic and spicy notes, heads towards a set of fruity aromas, very well presented. In the mouth it is full-bodied, full and round, with a sip marked by a pleasant freshness and finely integrated tannins; he closes with an almost eternal, truly persistent finish.

COSTA RUSSI 2014
Barbaresco Costa Russi di Gaja is a wine obtained from the vineyard of the same name located in the municipality of Barbaresco. The name comes from the previous owner, Russi, and from the term "coast" which in Piedmont indicates the side of the hill.

It comes from Nebbiolo grapes, harvested manually and carefully fermented in steel vats.
The wine is aged in barrique for 12 months, and then aged in large barrels for another 12 months, in order to bring out the best aromas and scents.
