Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella (VR)
Maceration for 12 days with fermentation: at a controlled temperature of 25/30 ° c.
Aging for 15 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Brilliant ruby ​​red, opens with refined intensity on oral and fruity tones, with ripe cherry in evidence. On the palate it is subtle and velvety and conquers for the tasty and persistent freshness of the fruit which makes it smooth, light and with an elegant character.

14-16 °C (77°F)

It is recommended to let it breathe at least 1 hour before serving
It can be stored well in the cellar for 5/7 years
Very versatile, it is excellent with first courses with full-bodied sauces, roasts and white meats, medium-aged cheeses. Try it also with spicy dishes of oriental cuisine and with tasty fish soups.
