DESCRIPTION
A seductive sweet wine from a DOC usually famous for fresh and dry wines. Late harvest of Moscato Rosa grapes in purity, warm and structured wine.
LOCALITY CALDARO (BO)
The vinification and after the manual harvest of the slightly overripe grapes, which also provides for the qualitative selection in the field; it follows with the fermentation at controlled temperature in steel barrels with long contact of the must with the skins for a period of about 10 days.
This is followed by a period of aging in steel for about 10 months.
At the organoleptic examination this wine shows a bright ruby red color. The scent is that of an inviting bouquet with aromas of red berries and raspberries together with its floral notes of rose, white flowers and straw flowers. The taste dominates the palate with the stimulating velvety structure, the fresh and fruity playfulness that blend with the harmonious and elegant game between acidity and sweetness and with the freshness and contagious density. The wine ends in a mineral, savory, long and spicy finish.

An ideal wine to be enjoyed at the end of a meal, it pairs beautifully with shortcrust pastry tarts and desserts. Even alone, for meditation. The optimal serving temperature is 14 ° C in a small and collected glass which concentrates the aromas on the nose of the taster.
