DESCRIPTION
100% Pinot Noir, grapes that are harvested from different plots of vineyards scattered in the part of the Côte de Nuits, which is located in the part of the Côte d'Or, which in turn represents one of the most important areas of Burgundy wine. This wine has a delicate fragrance but without ever giving up the finesse that distinguishes this vineyard.

The grapes are harvested by hand and selected to always have the best product and then left to mature for 12-14 months.
12-14 months in large oak barrels.
Brilliant and transparent ruby red color. The nose is fresh with flavors of red fruit. The taste is fine, medium-bodied. The tannin is soft and balanced.

16-18 ºC
Ready wine.
It can be perfectly stored in the cellar for 4-5 years
Excellent with beef tartare, medium-aged cheeses, fillets, and mushrooms.
