It is one of the smallest appellations in Burgundy in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. From here come the very precious grapes where the Domain Faiveley interprets with its elegant style.
The grapes are harvested by hand and once vinified they are left to mature for a long time.
16 months in large oak barrels.
Intense ruby red color. The nose is fruity, delicate, with notes of oak. The taste is enveloping. The tannin is smooth and balanced.

It can be perfectly preserved in the cellar for up to 10 years
Excellent with game, such as wild boar and meat with a strong flavor.
