DESCRIPTION
Company founded in 1825 and handed over from father to son for years and years. Now the reins have been taken by the sixth generation with the same passion and skills as previous generations. To date Faiveley owns more Monopoles than any other domain in Burgundy.
Burgundy
Vinified immediately after the harvest in order not to lose the freshness that distinguishes it. 4 weeks fermentation.
12 months, 80% in steel and 20% in barrique with suspended yeasts.
Brilliant straw yellow color. The nose is complex and we find white flowers and sweet spices. In the mouth it is fresh and harmonious, with a balanced acidity.
