DESCRIPTION
Blangè is the white side of Piedmontese wines; a product that marked an era, revolutionizing Langhe winemaking, which until then had been dedicated to the exclusive enhancement of red berried varieties. Son of a strongly characterizing territory, that of Roero, and of a productive desire aimed at strengthening the recognisability of the variety, as well as pleasantness, Blangè combines the sustainable approach in the vineyard with modernity of execution. Fruit and minerality, fragrance and balanced freshness, coexist in a white that has made enjoyment and transversality its trademark.

It is cryomacerated for 40%, with different times and temperatures based on the evaluation of the state of the berries.
A few months in steel.
Clean straw-yellow color, it smells of iris, rennet apple, grapefruit, fresh almond and mown grass. When tasted it reveals balance and taste: fresh and with some carbon residue, it fully corresponds to the nose, giving a very pleasant fruity finish.
HOW TO SERVE
10-12 °C (77°F)
Let the wine 'breathe' at least 15 minutes before serving.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish-based dishes, as well as delicate white meats, vegetables au gratin and fresh cheeses.
