An excellent wine classified by the experts. Stony ground, consisting of large quartz stones, red clay and sand.
Tournon-sur-Rhone
Grapes harvested by hand and fermentation takes place in concrete tanks for 10 days, followed by maceration for another 10 days.
8-14 months in large oak barrels.
Intense garnet red color. Fruity nose of ripe red fruits. On the palate we find fruit but also spices, an elegant tannin that makes this wine full-bodied and velvety.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar after the vintage, it can be aged for up to 15 years.
Ideal with traditional French cuisine, grilled red meats, stuffed poultry, goat cheeses.
