DESCRIPTION
Important cuvée obtained with 3 different terroirs. The best of the granite soils thanks to the combination of the parcels of Ermite, Sabot, and Tourette with an excellent southern exposure. A wine with a great structure, concentrated but fairly balanced, has the right stuff to become a wine of great elegance.
North of the Rhone Valley.
Grapes harvested entirely by hand, fermentation begins in steel tanks but the malolactic fermentation proceeds in barrique.
Short passage in barrique.
Intense purple color. Fruity nose of black fruit such as blackberries, black currants, continues with spices and leather notes. Well balanced on the palate with numerous but velvety tannins. Persistent.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar after the vintage, it can be aged for 3 to 15 years.
Excellent with red or medium meats, game, stews, marinated meats with a spicy taste.
