DESCRIPTION
The vineyards of Joseph Drouhin Nuits Saint Georges face east. The northern part produces wines of great delicacy, while in the southern part, having a more rocky soil, more powerful and long-lived wines are produced. The company has been practicing organic farming for years because it knows that listening to its vineyards and nature is essential for producing quality wines.
Côte de Nuits Village.
The vinification takes place through maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature for about 2-3 weeks.
