DESCRIPTION
The Premier Cru "Mont de Milieu" is a wine born in one of the most important domains of the Burgundy region. Founded in 1880, we are in the fourth generation and Joseph Drouhin owns 78 hectares divided between Chablis, Côte d'Or and Côte Chalonnaise. Where fine vines are born in the Premier and Grand Cru of Chablis, Gevrey Chambertin, Volnay, Chambolle Musigny, Vougeot and Chassagne-Montrachet.
Beaune
It comes from a soft and slow pressing
8 months partly in steel and partly in oak barrels.
Pale straw yellow color. The nose is fruity reminiscent of peach and floral of white flowers with hints of lemon. In the mouth it is fresh, savory, balanced, structured and quite persistent.
