DESCRIPTION
The Premier Cru "Mont de Milieu" is a wine born in one of the most important domains of the Burgundy region. Founded in 1880, we are in the fourth generation and Joseph Drouhin owns 78 hectares divided between Chablis, Côte d'Or and Côte Chalonnaise. Where fine vines are born in the Premier and Grand Cru of Chablis, Gevrey Chambertin, Volnay, Chambolle Musigny, Vougeot and Chassagne-Montrachet.
Burgundy
It is born from a soft pressing of the selected grapes already from the harvest.The must ferments in steel and always in steel will rest for 8 months before being bottled.

Bright straw yellow color. The nose is perceived primarily the floral notes and then arrive at white pulp fruit, citrus, with hints of flint. On the palate we find the fruit, it is harmonious and deeply elegant but flowing leaving a long, fresh and savory finish.
