DESCRIPTION
Produced with grapes selected from particular vineyards, coming from different areas of Burgundy. Being one of the oldest Maison in all of Burgundy they are fortunate to be owners of the best vineyards in the whole region.

Harvested manually, the malolactic fermentation is carried out for 2/3 in thermo-regulated steel vats
the malolactic fermentation takes place for 1/3 in wood.
Intense straw yellow color. On the nose notes of exotic fruits and white flowers typical of Chardonnay. In the mouth it is full and fresh, excellent harmony with hints of butter and honey, in the balanced and mineral finish.

It is recommended to open it at least 30 minutes before serving
It can be left to rest in the cellar for 10 years
Perfect with grilled fish main courses.
