From the beginning this wine was very successful and over the years there was so much demand that they had to buy the grapes from other suppliers and instead of creating a second label, this wine Mounton Cadet was born.
Médoc (Bordeaux Region)
Each grape that makes up the blend is nullified separately from the other to preserve the aromas and structure of each single terroir and each variety.
The maturation takes place in steel tanks for a very short time 12 months, to ensure that every aroma that makes up this wine is not lost.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Fruity aromas of wild strawberries, cherries and blueberries on the nose. The taste of structure with soft tannins that give harmony is a balance worthy of its denomination.
16-18 ºC
It is advisable to let it breathe 2 hours before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar, after the vintage, it is aged for 3-4 years
A good combination could be with grilled red and white meats but also with a slightly more decisive flavor such as with game or with fresh fruit-based desserts.
