DESCRIPTION
Escudo Rojo is a refined blend of traditional grape varieties. The grapes are selected and vinified in the Baron Philippe de Rothschild bodega in Maipo in Chile. Year after year, the subtle combination produces a round, complex and concentrated wine.

Grapes harvested and selected by hand fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.

Cherry red color with violet reflections. On the nose aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of spices. In the mouth it is full, full-bodied with fleshy tannins and a long finish.

Let it breathe for 1 hour before serving
It can be left to rest in the cellar for 3-4 years
Perfect with cured meats and meat appetizers but also second courses of red meat, perhaps grilled.
