DESCRIPTION
Wine produced with the best Merlot grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc of this vintage. A Bordeaux blend that is known for its great structure and deep flavors.
Médoc (Bordeaux Region)
Grapes harvested by hand and vinified in steel tanks.
The wine is aged in French oak barrels for several months.
Intense garnet red color. Fruity nose of flowers and red and black fruits of strawberries, black currants and cherries. On the palate it expresses all the aromas of the nose with the addition of slightly toasted notes. The tannin gives it structure, it is soft. Long and persistent.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar After the vintage, it is aged for 4-5 years.
Ideal with puff pastry with French goat cheeses, red and white meats.
