DESCRIPTION

Ceré di Negrar (VR)
The grapes, once harvested during the harvest phase, are brought in wooden crates to the rooms used for vinification for pressing. Fermentation then starts, thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts, which lasts for a period of forty-five days.
Aging takes place in Slavonian oak barrels of different capacities for 60 months, after which the wine is ready to be bottled.
Intense ruby ​​red color. It is characterized on the nose by an olfactory bouquet in which black cherry, spices and oak are clearly recognizable. When tasted it proves to be rich and full-bodied, characterized by an excellent tannic texture and a long persistence.

18-20 °C (77°F)

It is advisable to let the wine 'breathe' at least 1 or 2 hours before serving it.

OVER 7 YEARS

It goes perfectly with land cuisine, and goes well with bigoli with duck sauce.
