Ceré di Negrar (VR)
The grapes are harvested manually, placed in wooden boxes and on racks to dry until the end of January. At this point, they can be pressed and fermentation begins, which lasts about forty-five days.
The wine ages for about seven years in medium-small Slavonian oak barrels.
Bright and concentrated ruby ​​red, it has a winning nose of eucalyptus, cocoa powder and morello cherries in alcohol, cinnamon and black pepper, in a rainbow that is good for the heart. In the mouth it traces its land of origin, with softness, freshness and tannic embrace in a perfect symbiosis, a pressing and disturbing rhythm.
