DESCRIPTION
It is the traditional sweet red dessert wine of Valpolicella. The ancient Veronese grapes Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, chosen in the hills, rest on bamboo racks in the drying lofts in the winter months. From the concentrated clusters comes a fragrant and fruity wine, round and refined, with an admirable balance between alcohol, sugar and structure. shelf life: 20 years. 5 maintaining the sweet-fruity style, then with aging it acquires ripe and spicy aromas, until it becomes similar to Port after 15-18 years. (PRODUCER NOTE)
Pleasant for conversation at the end of a meal. It goes well with rustic and fruit desserts, dry desserts, shortcrust pastry or pandoro. Also suitable for gorgonzola cheese.
