DESCRIPTION
An intense and deep Supertuscan that perfectly represents the potential of the three grape varieties that compose it.
LOC. CASTELLO POGGIO ALLE MURA, MONTALCINO (SI).
at controlled temperature (25-30 °) in combined steel and French oak Horizon vats.
In 350 liter French oak barrels for about 18 months.
Intense ruby red with youthful purple hues. Intense and elegant on the nose with a predominance of varietal aromas. In the mouth it shows power and great body, with great balance. Long finish.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ° C
It is advisable to let the wine 'breathe' at least one or two hours before serving it.
It can be left to rest in the cellar for over 10 years if kept correctly.
Perfect in combination with meat first courses, such as spaghetti with rabbit ragù in white sauce or vegetable-based second courses, such as stuffed tomatoes or vegetable ratatouille.
