DESCRIPTION
Franz Haas with this limited production label offers a sweet wine of great value. Harvested when fully ripe, without withering, the natural sugar residue of Moscato Rosa is the background to delicate sensations of fruit and the extraordinary scent of roses.
MOUNTAIN (BZ)
After the harvest the grapes are pressed and the must is put to macerate briefly in contact with its skins. Alcoholic fermentation begins in steel containers, which is interrupted with the help of low temperatures when the desired characteristics are reached.
A final stop in steel allows Moscato Rosa to refine its qualities.
Moscato Rosa has a bright ruby red color, with aromas of lively freshness and an intense aromatic bouquet with notes of rose, cloves, cinnamon and orange peel. On the palate the wine enchants with a complex and elegant structure and a fascinating game between acidity, sweetness and tannin
