Beyond the challenge of time. The Giulio Ferrari Collezione is born only in perfect vintages, from a unique mountain vineyard such as Maso Pianizza, to win the challenge of time and bring the absolute pinnacle of Italian bubbles even higher.
Maso Pianizza, owned vineyard in the municipality of Trento at 500-600 meters facing South-West.
Obtained from the refermentation in bottle of base wine from highly selected Chardonnay grapes.
18 years on selected yeasts from own cultures
Bright golden yellow with a refined and persistent perlage. The olfactory onset is sensational for its complexity of aromas, ranging from salty traits, of yellow pulp fruit such as peach and pineapple, to memories of barley candy. The stay in the glass allows delicately spiced touches of ginger and cardamom to emerge. The entry into the mouth contains energy, dynamism and richness of the palate that highlights an impressive sip for depth and thickness. The finish extends the persistence towards infinity in a context of unparalleled class and elegance.

Excellent throughout the meal, it goes elegantly with fish and shellfish dishes. Ferrari recommends it with red shrimp and Italian Calvisius caviar.
