DESCRIPTION
Millesimato Blanc de Blancs obtained from a selection of Chardonnay grapes from mountain vineyards located in the areas of Trentino most suited to the production of Trento DOC. The Ferrari Perlé is the icon of Ferrari style, a synthesis of elegance, freshness and harmonious complexity. Since 1971, the first year of production, it has repeated its extraordinary success year after year, thanks to its extreme pleasantness and versatility in combinations.
Vineyards on the slopes of the Trentino mountains at 300-600 meters and facing south-east and south.
Refermentation of the base wine in the bottle.
At least 50 months on selected yeasts from own cultures.
The visual aspect of the wine attracts attention for its bright golden yellow characterized by the presence of a continuous and very persistent perlage. The olfactory examination is immediately appreciated for the cleanliness and complexity of the aromas where memories of very ripe apple, mango and pineapple are perceived. Settling in the glass, the wine also gives memories of roasted coffee powder, vanilla touches and light honeyed notes. The taste is harmonious and balanced. The closure in the mouth is persistent and in its long gustatory trail it gives delicately marine memories.
HOW TO SERVE
6-8 ° C
Over 10 years, if carefully stored in the cellar.
With raw or steamed shellfish, with sea bass carpaccio or with a warm octopus and potato salad. Excellent as an aperitif with hand-stretched breadsticks and Culatello di Zibello.
