Vineyards on the slopes of the Trentino mountains at 300-600 meters and facing south-east and south.
Refermentation of the base wine in the bottle.
Over 30 months on selected yeasts from own cultures.
Bright straw yellow. Of great intensity with notes of ripe fruit, in which hints of bread crust and hazelnut can be recognized. Fresh and of great finesse, it makes the sip inviting and satisfying. The finish gives hints of citrus and mineral sensations.
