Obtained from the refermentation in bottle of base wine from highly selected Chardonnay grapes.
10 years on the lees
The debut in the glass attracts attention for its luminous golden yellow color crossed by a refined, dense and continuous perlage. The sense of smell is granted slowly, immediately offering flavors of apricot, mango and grapefruit peel and gradually it is enriched with notes of yellow flowers, honey, vanilla and grilled bread. With oxygenation in a suitable glass, memories of white chocolate and a fresh spiciness emerge successively which complete an amazing olfactory range due to its articulated complexity. The entry into the mouth outlines a perfect gustatory circle where all the elements are calibrated, from the balanced acidity to the creamy bubble, from the rich structure to the savory and refreshing finish in the mouth that brings back notes of ripe pineapple embellished with touches of salinity. The persistence of the aromas is very long and never seems to want to leave the palate.

CELLAR
The Ferrari myth was born from a man, Giulio Ferrari, and from his dream of creating in Trentino a wine capable of comparing itself with the best French Champagnes. He is a pioneer: it is he who first perceives the extraordinary vocation of the land of him, he who first spreads Chardonnay in Italy. He begins to produce a few carefully selected bottles, with an obsessive cult for quality. Having no children, Giulio Ferrari looks for a successor to whom he can entrust his dream. Among the many suitors he chooses Bruno Lunelli, owner of a wine shop in Trento. Thanks to passion and entrepreneurial talent, Bruno Lunelli manages to increase production without ever compromising on quality. Bruno Lunelli transmits the passion to his children: under the guidance of Franco, Gino and Mauro, Ferrari becomes the leader in Italy of the Italian toast par excellence. In these years some of the labels destined to make history saw the light: they are the Ferrari Rosé, the Ferrari Perlé and the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore. Learn more
