DESCRIPTION
Obtained from pure Cannonau grapes, grown in espalier with spurred cordon, in soils deriving from medium-textured granite weathering, tending to sandy, which give it great balance and minerality.
Juannisolu vineyards - Arzachena
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks for a period of 16-18 days at a controlled temperature, during which pumping over and punching down are carried out daily to allow the balanced extraction of polyphenolic substances. The transformation of malic acid into lactic acid occurs immediately after alcoholic fermentation.
Before bottling, it rests for a few months in cement tanks and large-capacity non-toasted Slavonian oak barrels.
Color: ruby red with light garnet reflections.
Nose: intense aroma of red fruits with spicy notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub.
Taste: soft, warm, full.

The Vigne Surrau develop a few kilometers from the sea in the eastern part of Gallura, a unique area characterized by smooth granite rocks shaped by the wind, water and a dense but characteristic Mediterranean scrub.
