DESCRIPTION
From a selection of the best Vermentino grapes from the most suitable vineyards of the Surrau valley, a wine with an important structure and an intense aromatic charge is born.
Location Chilvagghja SP Arzachena (SS)
Vermentino grapes are grown in espalier (Guyot) in soils deriving from granitic weathering, with medium texture. Given the warm climate during the harvest, the cold cycle is activated immediately after the destemming-crushing.
After a brief contact of the skins with the must at a low temperature, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 16-18 ° C, where it will evolve for a few months in contact with its lees (bâtonnage).
Color: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Nose: Intense bouquet with fruity, floral and Mediterranean scrub notes.
Taste: Soft, long and persistent, with vegetal and mineral notes.

Wine ready to drink immediately, but which can evolve well even 3/5 years if stored well in the cellar
