the Red Angel has a pale ruby red color. Vinous, harmonious, slightly herbaceous, the varietal Pinot Nero stands out with elegant finesse. The flavor is delicate, elegant, full-bodied, sweet, balanced.

It goes well with dishes from our Central European cuisine and with baked fish dishes. For its delicacy it is appreciated the combination with dishes based on white truffles.

Silvio Jermann is today the most representative winemaker of Friuli Venezia Giulia. His wines can be discussed, criticized, loved, but one thing remains certain: these wines are everywhere in the world. Although Silvio is still far from fifty, he has already gained extensive experience, and not only in Italy: today's successes and results derive from years of work. The cellars and the estate are perfect and spectacular in every detail: the wines, pleasant, fresh and of great length are the mirror of their author. This time Jermann was able to create two spectacular wines and a third that stands next to them (“as always” says Silvio). Let's talk about Vintage Tunina 1997, a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Picolit and some aromatic varietals, which confirm it as a “top wine”.
