DESCRIPTION

Steel for 8 months. A 30% in oak barrels to give it some character.
Dark ruby red color. Fruity nose of red fruits, floral we recognize violet, and hints of licorice. The taste is round and almost enveloping with soft tannins that make it unique in its kind.

12-14 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
If stored in the cellar after the vintage, it can be aged for up to 15 years.
Perfect with red meat main courses, roast poultry, and spicy and spicy stews.
