DESCRIPTION
“L'aromatico di Termeno”, this is how the German term Gewürztraminer translates into Italian, a name that describes the area of origin and its peculiar characteristics. The aromatic bouquet of fruits and flowers is amplified by the important temperature variations typical of the cold climates of South Tyrol, and unmistakably signs the elegance and charm of this wine, in great demand all over the world for its ability to accompany many recipes of many culinary traditions, from East to West.
Tramin LOCALITY CALDARO (BO)
Before fermentation, a 6-hour maceration on the skins takes place. The grapes are then softly pressed and the must undergoes static clarification. It is then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C.
The wine then ages for a few months on its own yeasts in stainless steel containers.
The Gewürztraminer releases all the charm of South Tyrol in its harmonious shades of a bright yellow with golden reflections. The characteristics of this grape are reflected in its intense aromatic bouquet, which ranges from notes of rose petals to flowers and spices. In the mouth it releases all its finesse with a fresh body, harmonious elegance and intense finish.
