DESCRIPTION

Vineyards owned by the Lunelli family, on the slopes of the Trentino mountains.
Careful selection of Chardonnay grapes only, harvested by hand.
At least 7 years on selected yeasts from own cultures.
Deep yellow, with soft golden reflections. The perlage is very fine and persistent. Fruity, rich, with complex aromas and a broad and enveloping structure. The processing in large Austrian oak barrels gives a variegated rainbow of sensations that conquer for their originality. Multiform expressiveness. Perfect balance of varietal sensations, toasted yeast and spices. The elevation in wood gives harmony and richness. Final of great intensity and persistence.

Splendid throughout the meal, Ferrari recommends pairing it with a focaccia with butter and Cetara anchovies or with a large pasta with veal ragù.
