DESCRIPTION
Trento doc with zero dosage that expresses the essence of mountain Chardonnay. It is a mosaic of thousandths that takes the refined art of creating cuvées to the extreme: the steel enhances the fruit and the aromatic elegance of the Chardonnay, the wood gives structure and taste richness, while the glass gives the expressiveness and depth that make this Trentodoc unique and irritable
Mountain vineyards located in the most suitable areas of Trentino.
Each cuvée of Ferrari Perlé Zero, which takes its name from the year of bottling, is a mosaic of vintages previously refined in steel, wood or glass (2006, 2008, 2009, 2010).
Once bottled, the cuvée matures for a minimum of 6 years on selected yeasts from its own cultures.
Yellow with golden hues displays a fine and persistent bubble in the glass. Its character is clearly attributable to the great expression of Chardonnay and is manifested by citrus flavors and hints of white flowers accompanied by marine sensations. Fresh notes of mountain herbs and subtle spicy notes then emerge in the glass. The entry into the mouth, initially soft and enveloping, soon gives way to a decisive savory note which then lets a finish emerge with notes of dried fruit and aromatic herbs.

CELLAR
The Ferrari myth was born from a man, Giulio Ferrari, and from his dream of creating in Trentino a wine capable of comparing itself with the best French Champagnes. He is a pioneer: it is he who first perceives the extraordinary vocation of the land of him, he who first spreads Chardonnay in Italy. He begins to produce a few carefully selected bottles, with an obsessive cult for quality. Learn more
