Produced from hand-selected Pinot Noir grapes, it has a salmon pink color with pleasant coppery reflections, fine and elegant but definitely unexpected are the notes of red fruits and pink grapefruit with floral hints, all enriched with spicy notes.

Soft pressing and cold clarification for 12 hours followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
Refine for 36 months in contact with the yeasts.

CELLAR Frescobaldi
For centuries, Frescobaldi has been an established name in Tuscany. The family was initially known as a wealthy banker family with a large cultural and political network. The Frescobaldis have been producing wine in the Tuscany region for seven hundred years. This began in the historic Tenuta di Castiglioni. This was the family's first winery. The estate is located in Val di Pesa, south-west of Florence. The Castiglioni estate was built in 1300 and has been owned by the Frescobaldi family ever since. The winery supplied the papal court of Rome and the royal court of England, among others.
