DESCRIPTION
Ali, a figure from Greek mythology, one of the sea nymphs, a symbol of sensuality and beauty. Alìe, an elegant Rosé with a clear, pure color, with subtle ruby reflections. A refined balance between Syrah and Vermentino, which find their maximum expression in the proximity to the sea. Aromas of white flowers, wild strawberries and citrus peels blend in a delicate structure with hints of minerality typical of the area, which give a long and rich finish. Enchanting from aperitif to meals and in good company.
TENUTA ADMIRAGLIA - MUNICIPALITY OF MAGLIANO (GR)
The secret of Alìe lies in the set of territorial characteristics, the management of the vineyard and obviously the human factor. The grapes, once harvested, were transported to the cellar in a short time in order not to spoil or damage the bunches. One of the salient moments of Alìe's production was represented by the pressing phase. The bunches, whole and in the absence of oxygen, were loaded into the press. The pressures applied during this phase were extremely soft and delicate; this process, together with the careful selection of the musts and a subsequent decanting of these, for no less than 12 hours, allowed to eliminate any less elegant vegetable components.The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature below 20 ° C.
After a few months of refinement on fine lees, subsequently including a period of bottle, Alìe 2019 was ready to seduce and fascinate making every sip passionate.
Alìe 2019 is characterized by an enveloping passion. The peach blossom pink color expresses an immediate charm. The mellow fruity bouquet blends with delicate floral notes. Peach, mandarin, wisteria, rose and peony, in a short time combine with Mediterranean sensations. The iodized notes also return to the palate. The flavor balances well with the freshness. Alìe 2019 results in its gustatory persistence a decidedly elegant, fine and subtle wine.

This wine from the Tuscan winery Frescobaldi goes well with smoked salmon and smoked fish in general, raw ham, white meats, poultry and cooked fish. Excellent on spicy dishes or oriental cuisine.
