DESCRIPTION
Delicate and fruity wine, 3.300 bottles were produced. An elegant, intense red wine with a marked character.
Gallura - Enas Loiri Porto San Paolo
Manual harvest. Alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in steel.
Aging in new oak barrels for 6 months. Further refinement in the bottle for one month.
Bright ruby red color. On the nose notes of small red fruits, spices, and balsamic hints. In the mouth it is enveloping with fruity notes, slightly tannic, warm and elegant sip.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 °C (７７°F)
It is recommended to let it breathe for 10 minutes before tasting it.
Ready to drink wine, but it can be left to rest in the cellar for 2-3 years
Perfect wine with red meats, both grilled and braised. Excellent with aged cheeses.
