the harvest is manual and is carried out with small perforated boxes at the beginning of October; here one of the most important Piedmontese red wines begins its fermentation for 10-12 days.
The refinement for this great Barbaresco is 12 months in French oak barrels, then 6 months in the bottle.
Barbaresco with a typical garnet red color, which presents itself to the nose with delicate notes of withered flowers and wood which guarantees elegance, finesse, intense and harmony.
