DESCRIPTION
The Barbaresco di Castello di Neive is a timeless classic, its grapes come from different vineyards of the estate in various areas of the appellation, so it can be said that it best represents the characteristics of the territory.
NEIVE (CN)
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
The wine ages for 12 months in large oak barrels and then completes the refinement in the bottle.
A beautiful garnet red dress. Violet and pout pourri blend on an elegant background of noble woods. Smooth tannins make it smooth and elegant, with a fresh and very persistent finish.
