45 months of refinement after a first fermentation of the base wines in cask.
Golden yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of honey and quince with a toasted finish of hazelnut and star anise. In the mouth it is full-bodied and intense, very balanced, good freshness and minerality with a long and very persistent final sip.
