Champagne that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes, aromatic and endowed with an elegance that distinguishes it. In the glass it fills the view with its straw yellow with golden reflections and seduces the nose with its toasted hints, notes of pear and fruit jams, figs and hawthorn.

It all began with Athanase de Villermont, the youngest son of a noble family. He inherited a generous estate in the Aÿ area from his family. Athanase quickly recognized the potential in Champagne wines, but as an aristocrat he was not allowed to enter the trade. So he met the German Joseph Bollinger, who traveled a lot because of his curiosity for the Champagne wine trade, and Paul Renaudin, a Frenchman fascinated by the world of wine.
