DESCRIPTION
The style of Bollinger Champagne is defined for various aspects in particular for the precision of respect for tradition, such as the remuage done manually. 21 particularly exceptional crus are assembled and it is vinified only in the case that the vintages are truly exceptional.

Light golden yellow color, with fine and persistent perlage. The nose is complex, honey and apricot aromas mix with notes of dried fruit. In the mouth it is dense and persistent, surprisingly fresh and a nice bitterness in the finish.

Wine ready to drink immediately, it is suggested to open it 15 minutes before serving
It can keep well in the cellar for over 10 years
