DESCRIPTION
The vineyard is born on a soil with a marly and clayey limestone composition. The position of Santenots on the Côte d'Or gives it a favorable climate for the production of wine, because it obtains an excellent exposure to the sun's rays. This along with the wind. The grapes ripen slowly and maintain their acidity.

Manual harvest. Maceration takes place for 3-4 weeks in open wooden or stainless steel vats.
Intense ruby red color. The nose shows almost candied ripe red fruits, with floral and earthy notes. On the palate it is almost savory but at the same time it has good depth and soft tannins.

16-17 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
It can be perfectly preserved in the cellar for over 10 years.
Recommended with grilled Tataki type tuna, stewed or grilled poultry, veal liver and aged cheeses.
