DESCRIPTION
The Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir AOC Counvent des Jacobins is the perfect introduction to red Burgundy! The typical aromas of berries and figs have a delicious cooling effect.
Golden Coast
Fermentation for 3 weeks
10 months in used French oak barrels. It is then left to rest in steel tanks.
Brilliant ruby red color. Very aromatic nose with notes of red fruits. In the mouth spicy from aging in barrique, lively and round.
HOW TO SERVE
16-18 ºC
It is advisable to let the wine breathe for 15-30 minutes before serving
Ready wine, but it can be left to rest in the cellar for 5-6 years
Perfect with grilled meats, duck, mildly flavored cheeses.
