DESCRIPTION
This wine reflects the typicality of Pinot Noir grown in its motherland, it comes from a balanced blend of Côte d'Or, including Hautes Côte de Beaune and Hautes Côte de Nuits, Côte Chalonnaise and Auxerrois.
Echezeaux
Côte de Beaune; between Pommard and Mersault.
The wine is aged for 9-16 months in vats and oak barrels before being bottled.
Ruby red color. Fruity nose of cherry, strawberry and raspberry, floral with herbaceous notes. The taste is warm and enveloping with hints of wood, tobacco, and even vanilla.
HOW TO SERVE
16-17 ºC
It is recommended to let it breathe 1 hour before tasting it.
It can be perfectly stored in the cellar for over 10 years.
Excellent pairing with grilled white and red meats, and with game such as deer or chamois.
