Fermentation in tonneaux
Ripe cherry red color. The nose is elegant and fresh opens with a bouquet of red berry fruit in which the aroma of cherry predominates which is accompanied by complex smoky and herbaceous notes. In the mouth perfect balance with the solid tannic structure, with a long and mineral finish.
